![]() This time you won't be heading to the windmill, so head right instead of continuing towards the windmill and go down when you reach the small stone near a tree. Once you've done that, head forward and to the left until you once again find the broken fence and head forward to get past it. Do yourself a favor and grab a pen and some paper, then draw those symbols on the tree. This time you'll find a black tree near it. Year Walk Walkthrough - Year Walk 12įrom your cottage, make your way towards the campsite that you passed through during the prologue. When you wake up (or so I think you went to sleep) you'll find yourself back in the woods in front of your cottage, but it's night time now. Research if the assnapkin has been sued before, if he lost and who the attorney was who represented the plaintiff was. Have a great attorney on standby and be ready to get him involved if either on of them steps out of bounds during this discussion. If there is/was a realtor involved, remind her to keep her D hole shut unless she is going to utter words to support your arguments on what must be fixed. Use the phrase, "Clearly you didn't hear me, so why don't you put on your listening cap and I'll say it one more time." If he still does not get it, tell him the maybe he will hear it better on a court document or from a judge. So he is going to argue whatever you bring up as an issue. Then he needs to fix the things you have addressed promptly or he will get the stick! Remember, this is going to cost him money and time, neither of which he wants to spend on you. If he moans about it tell him he needs to quit crying like the roast beef between his wife's legs. My advice, make that assnapkin fix whatever you're not happy with or whatever has gone south or has potential to go south over time based off what your are experiencing/seeing right now. When you see the builder running around in a convertible with his greasy mug you'll remember how much he tried to give you the D! Once had a bitchass realtor use the phrase, "You need to choose your battles." She didn't do a damn thing. I just want to make this process as stress-free as possible! Is this something they could look into or should I just leave it alone? When we do turn it on, I can see that the outside vent for it is working. I have no way to prove that anything is wrong other than smells, and in order to check the venting, it seems like they'd have to rip out an entire wall of cabinets to get to it. My uncle used to work for a construction company and thinks that I should have our builder look at the ducting work for it as he says they may not have sealed the joints of it properly causing air to get partially vented into our upstairs area. They are both located directly above the hood fan. ![]() Is this something that we'll have to take care of, or can they fix it?Īfter cooking with our hood fan on (a microwave hood fan), I notice that the bathroom and closet in our bedroom upstairs smell. It makes it difficult for people to walk up to our front door without having their shoes get soaked. But just in the last month, now that snow has started melting, all the water is collecting in a corner and created a puddle that is probably 2 feet long x 3 feet wide and is 4-5 inches deep with water. Once again, it wasn't an issue when we moved in and wasn't a problem when it rained. We have a low spot on our front walkway that is collecting water. I know they're going to have to rip up the top floor carpet and re-do it, but can I ask them to re-do other carpeted areas even if they are not making crackling noises? It is going away now that the weather is warming up again, but I know that this isn't right and I want it fixed. I emailed the builder and was told that it was just because of the weather and that it would go away. When the weather got colder, the entire carpeted area of our top floor started doing this. When we first moved in, this wasn't a problem other than in a single corner of our bedroom. Our upstairs carpet crackles when you walk on it. Anyways, there are a few things that I am wanting fixed, but am not sure if the builder will look into fixing them or will be particularly happy about fixing them. We bought a townhouse that was a brand new build, so we had our initial walk through and will be having our one year walk through in May that should cover workmanship deficits and such. My boyfriend and I purchased our first home almost a year ago.
